The R&R Empowering Society of Alberta Sponsorship Application

Families are limited to one application per child, per calendar year to ensure fair access to available funds.
Family/Child/Youth must have an Alberta address as a permanent residence.
Child/Youth must be between the ages of 4 and 18.
Canada Child Benefit documents are required with the application (extenuating circumstances will be considered with explanation).
Form must be filled out in full.
There is no deadline for applications.
If registration fees are being applied for, we will pay the organization directly or require payment receipts if payment was already made.
As a referring agency with Sport Central, our application now includes a required question asking if equipment is needed.
- If you select yes, you will be referred to Sport Central to be fitted and equipped.
- If you select no, your application will continue as usual for program or registration funding.
